Troubleshooting

The app says "Savant can't start: its files don't match this installation." The app's files were changed or damaged. Download Savant again and reinstall; your settings and journal are kept.

macOS: "can't check the app for malicious software" or "damaged". See Install → macOS.

Windows: "Windows protected your PC". Click More info → Run anyway (Install → Windows).

"Licence: … No new trades." Open Settings → Licence. If your plan is active, sign in again. If the licence was moved to another computer, move it back from your account. The demo always works.

"This key is active on another computer." A licence is on one computer at a time. Remove the old computer on your account page, or confirm the move when you sign in on the new one.

Nothing is trading. Usually by design: the robot only trades when an idea survives every check. Look at the cockpit's memo line and FUNNEL page: they say why. Amber or red lights name what's blocking (stale data, a budget, a breaker, a missing model).

"The court needs AI models". Add at least two models from different families in Settings → AI models.

Research, forecasts and the weekly review don't run. Install uv (Install → research desk) and restart Savant.

Phone can't connect. Phone access works on the same Wi-Fi only; turn it on in Settings → Phone and scan the QR code again.

Getting help

Settings → Health → Support file saves a report with no keys or account numbers in it. Send it to us from Support in your Whop orders.
