End-User Licence Agreement

This agreement covers the Savant software (the desktop app, the bundled Cortex agent and runtime, and updates). It is part of the Terms of Service.

Licence. While your plan is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Savant for your own trading on one computer per licence key. You may move the licence to another computer by releasing it in the app (or resetting it from your Whop orders). Demo mode may be used free of charge on any number of computers.
Ownership. Savant is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors own all rights in it. Third-party components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the third-party notices shipped with the app; nothing here limits your rights under those licences.
Restrictions. You may not: share, sell, rent or sublicense the software or a licence key; remove or bypass the licence check; modify, decompile or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this despite the restriction; or use it to provide trading, advisory or account-management services to others.
Your data. Settings, keys, journals and trading history stay on your computer. The licence check sends only your licence key, a one-way fingerprint of your computer, and the app version (see the Privacy Policy).
Updates. Updates may add, change or remove features. Updates are signed; the app checks the signature before installing.
Termination. This licence ends when your plan ends or if you breach this agreement. When it ends, stop using the paid features; demo mode remains available. The app keeps managing open positions' exits after a licence ends so positions are never left unprotected, but you are responsible for them.
No warranty; limitation of liability. As set out in the Terms of Service, sections 10 and 11.
Export. You agree to comply with export-control and sanctions laws that apply to you.
