Refund and Cancellation Policy
Version 1 · effective 27 October 2026
- Try first. Demo mode is free, and every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
- Cancel any time from your Whop orders (whop.com → Orders). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds. If you're charged and Savant isn't working for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where Savant didn't work as described and we couldn't fix it.
- Yearly plans follow the same 14-day rule from the yearly charge.
- How to ask: message the Savant support chat on Whop from your orders page. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop.
- What a refund means for the app: the licence ends within about a day. Demo mode keeps working; paper and live trading stop opening new positions while existing positions keep their stops and exits.
- Your statutory rights (for example consumer withdrawal rights in the EU/UK) are not affected. If you're in the EU or UK, you agree that the digital content is supplied immediately when you activate your licence, and you keep your 14-day right to a refund under this policy anyway.
Trading losses are not refundable: Savant is software and does not guarantee results (see the Risk Disclosure).
